Outdoor single-mode double-core butterfly cable is the signal transmission carrier of modern communication. 1. The optical cable reel with the optical cable should be wound in the direction marked on the side plate of the reel. The rolling distance should not be too long, generally no more than 20 meters. When rolling, care should be taken to prevent obstacles from damaging the packaging board.
2. Lifting equipment such as forklifts or special steps should be used when loading and unloading optical cables.
3. It is strictly forbidden to lay and stack the optical cable reel together with the optical cable, and the optical cable reel in the carriage must be reinforced with wooden blocks.
4. The optical cable cannot be inverted many times, so as not to damage the integrity of the internal structure of the optical cable. Visual inspection should be carried out before the laying of the optical cable, check the specification, model, quantity, test length, attenuation, etc., and carry out single-reel acceptance. There is a product factory inspection certificate (should be kept properly for future inquiries), and be careful not to damage the optical cable when removing the shielding layer of the optical cable.
5. During the construction process, it should be noted that the bending radius of the optical cable should not be less than the construction regulations, and excessive bending of the optical cable is not allowed.
6. When the single-mode double-core butterfly optical cable is laid overhead, pulleys should be used for traction. Aerial optical cables should avoid friction with buildings, trees and other facilities, and avoid damage to the outer sheath of the optical cable due to mopping the floor or friction with other sharp objects. Install guards. After the optical cable jumps out of the pulley, it is strictly forbidden to pull it forcibly to avoid crushing the optical cable.
7. In the design of optical cable lines, the use of flammable materials should be avoided as much as possible. If it cannot be avoided, fire prevention measures should be taken for the optical cable.
8. In the construction of laying a long length of optical cable, if it needs to be reversed, the optical cable must be laid according to the "8" disc. Let the cable fully twist.
9.The selection of the optical cable splice box must meet the requirements of the YD/T814-2004 standard. Make sure that the curvature radius of the optical fiber in the splice box is not less than 37.5mm, and the remaining length of the optical fiber in the splice box is not less than 1.6m. The reinforcement is firmly fixed on the distribution box, the optical cable and the distribution box will not be twisted, and the distribution box has good sealing performance to prevent water vapor from entering.
