The wires are connected tightly and firmly. The box body has safe and reliable neutral wire terminals and ground wire terminals. The connection wires in the power distribution cabinet, the power incoming wires and the load outgoing wires and the electrical components must be connected tightly and firmly without loosening. The length of the wire should be appropriate, the core wire should not be exposed, and the crimping should be tight. The power distribution cabinet should have a complete set of neutral wire pressing terminals, and the box body must have a firm and reliable protective grounding terminal. According to the requirements of the specification: the connection between wires and electrical components must be equipped with spring washers and pressed firmly.

Select the wire color according to the specification. When wiring in the three-phase power distribution cabinet, the power input line, the load outlet line and the connection lines of the electrical components in the box should be selected according to the specification. That is, the A phase is yellow, the B phase is green, the C phase is red, and the neutral line is light blue or black. The ground wire is a yellow/green two-color wire, and it is strictly forbidden to use the yellow/green two-color wire as other wires. The connection of the incoming and outgoing lines in the box should be fine and the arrangement should be strict.

The connection lines of electrical components should be arranged horizontally and vertically, neatly and beautifully. The bending radius at the corners should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the wires, and the margins of each group of connecting wires should be bundled into bundles.

It is to keep the inside and outside of the box clean and tidy, and clearly mark the number of the power distribution cabinet. After the power distribution cabinet is installed, the sundries should be eliminated and kept clean and tidy. The power distribution cabinet should be clearly marked with the purpose and number of the electrical circuit for future maintenance.
