type of microtubules

Micropipes are an important part of the air blowing system, just like urban roads, micropipes must be laid to the destination before microcables are laid, and they must be laid in place at one time. Because the microtubes laid for the first time and the microtubes laid for the second time may be entangled, in a protective tube (protective tube: protective tube refers to the pipeline that protects the microtube bundle, this kind of pipeline can be used for air blowing. Silicon core tubes, PVC tubes for traction, sub-tubes for local telephone pipelines, grid tubes and other pipes for laying optical cables) The micro-tubes in it cannot be laid in batches. At present, the micro-tubes at home and abroad are divided into approximately The following 2 types:

Bundle tube

The cluster tube is a bit like the honeycomb tube commonly used in our local telephone pipelines. It is composed of a microtube bundle composed of loose microtube units and an outer sheath. There is no adhesion between the sheaths, and there can be relative displacement. The advantage of bundled tubes is that the density of the tubes is high, and the most microtubes can be accommodated in the effective space. The disadvantage is that the flexibility is poor, the opening of the pipeline is inconvenient (referring to the thick-walled outer sheath), the inner microtube is difficult to diverge, and the impact resistance is also poor, because the microtube unit is tightly sealed by the protective tube. Wrapped together, the deformation of the protective tube can directly cause the deformation of the microtubules.

At present, according to the different purposes of the project, the cluster tubes are divided into direct-buried type, pipe type, bundled type, flat type, overhead type, flame-retardant type, termite-proof type and armored type. Distinguished from the shape, the cluster tubes are round, polygonal, square and flat. The circular cluster tubes are mostly cluster tubes with thick-walled outer sheaths, the polygonal cluster tubes are generally cluster tubes with thin-walled outer sheaths, and the square and flat cluster tubes have either thick-walled or thin-walled outer sheaths.

Direct-buried cluster tube: The direct-buried cluster tube is composed of a thick-walled outer sheath plus a standard wall thickness microtube unit or a thin-walled outer sheath plus a thick-walled microtube unit. To solve the problem of difficult splitting and improve the flexibility of the bundle tube, the bundle tube with thick-wall outer sheath began to change to the bundle tube with thin-wall outer sheath. The direct-buried cluster pipe can be directly bought into the groove of the pipe.

Pipe-type bundle tube: Pipe-type bundle tube is composed of a thin-walled outer sheath and a micro-pipe unit with a standard wall thickness, which is suitable for laying in buildings and air blowing or traction in pipelines with protective tubes.

Bundled microtube bundle: The bundled tube bundle uses thinner nylon ropes to combine the microtube units together. It can be used for traction, air blowing and direct burial laying. The way of laying depends on the microtubes. The wall thickness of the unit and the material of the protective tube. The bundled tubes of this shape can maximize the use of the space of the protective tube and the channel, and the way of combination is very flexible. In one 40/33mm protective tube, 4 groups can be air-blown, and each group has 6 4/3mm micro-tube units.

Flat cluster tubes: flat cluster tubes are mostly used in standard channels excavated by machinery in urban areas. The width of this channel is very narrow, so flat cluster tubes are very suitable for this channel Cornering points are no problem either. However, for lines with ups and downs, it is more difficult to lay such bundled tubes at the point of direction change. To solve this problem, a flat bundle tube that can be rolled into a circle has been developed.

Overhead-type cluster tube: overhead-type cluster tube is a cluster tube with a figure-of-eight structure. The manufacturer combines the cluster tube and the reinforcement unit supported by the overhead, which is suitable for access and down-home.

Flame-retardant cluster tube: Flame-retardant cluster tube is mainly composed of low-halogen and smoke-free micro-tube unit and outer sheath, and is used for direct laying in buildings.

Anti-termite cluster tube: The outer sheath of the anti-termite cluster tube is made of a material that can enhance the mechanical strength of the pipeline and provide chemical protection to prevent termite damage.

Armored cluster tube: Armored cluster tube uses a layer of corrugated steel belt to protect the micro tube bundle in the outer sheath, which can effectively prevent animals from biting.

Thick-walled outer sheath plus standard wall thickness micro-tube unit combined direct-buried cluster tube Thin-walled outer sheath plus thick-walled micro-tube unit combined direct-buried cluster tube very thin outer sheath plus standard wall The pipe-type bundle tube composed of thick microtubule units has no outer sheath, and all standard wall thickness microtubule units are bundled with string

The above are the detailed knowledge points about the classification of the use of air-blown micro-optical cables. I hope that we can increase our knowledge about optical cables.
